The organization has reserved some rooms in the Conference venue hotel. The occupation in Barcelona for these dates is high, so we encourage you to manage your reservation in advance.

The total amount of your booking must be paid directly at the hotel. (You will be asked for a credit card as a guarantee)

• Cancellation made less than 7 day(s) in advance: 100% of total amount of the booking
• Cancellation made more than 7 day(s) in advance: 0 €

No shows before 18:00 on the booked day of arrival shall be charged the amount corresponding to 100% of the total booking. Notify the hotel if you foresee such circumstances.
